1) Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
2) Wash the apple and slice it into 4-6 pieces.
3) Spread the apple slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle over some cinnamon.
4) Bake for 20 minutes.
5) Add the yogurt, the baked apple slices, a tablespoon of sugar-free muesli and a handful of dried cranberries to a small bowl.
6) Sprinkle over a little more of cinnamon if you like.
