Ingredients

Method

    1. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a heatproof bowl over hot water until smooth.
    2. Line a tray with parchment paper and arrange the banana slices evenly on top.
    3. Cover the bananas with another sheet of parchment paper and press gently with a bottle or rolling pin to flatten slightly.
    4. Remove the top paper and spread peanut butter evenly over the banana layer.
    5. Sprinkle half of the chopped nuts on top of the peanut butter.
    6. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the surface and spread gently with a spatula.
    7. Finish with the remaining chopped nuts on top.
    8. Freeze for 1 hour, then peel off the parchment paper and cut into 9 small squares.

Tips

Add a small pinch of sea salt before freezing to enhance the flavor — the slight saltiness perfectly balances the sweetness of the banana and the richness of the chocolate.
