Method

  1. Banana Pecan Spread

    Peel the bananas and add them to a blender along with the pecans, coconut oil and honey.

    Blend everything for about 2 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

    Dried Apricot Nut Spread

    Add the dried apricots, almonds, honey and coconut oil to a blender.

    Blend on high speed for 2 minutes until smooth.

    Cashew Raspberry Spread

    Add the cashews, frozen raspberries, sea salt and honey water to a blender.

    Blend for 2 minutes until smooth.

    *Note: The spread may darken slightly due to oxidation.

    Hazelnut Cocoa Spread

    Place the hazelnuts, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract and sea salt into a blender.
    Blend for 2 minutes until creamy.

     

    These are natural spreads made without preservatives. Store in clean jars in the fridge and consume within 5–7 days for the best taste and texture.
