Tips

To minimise food waste store nuts/seeds out of direct light and heat and always in an airtight container.
Nut butters are a fantastic alternative to nuts! They’re a great source of healthy fats, high in fibre and full of nutrients. Try to choose natural pure nut butters with minimal added ingredients or palm oil.
