    1. Blend the goat cheese with the finely chopped fresh rosemary and a couple of tablespoons of honey until smooth. Set aside.

  1. For the crostini:

    1. Slice the bread, brush the slices with olive oil, and place them on a baking tray. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.

  1. To serve:

    1. Spread the cheese cream over the toasted bread. Place a couple of prunes on top of each crostini. Garnish with chopped walnuts and drizzle with a little olive oil.
