    2. Roast the pistachios at 140°C for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool.
    3. Cut the banana and avocado into small pieces and freeze until firm.
    4. Once frozen, blend the banana, avocado, roasted pistachios, dates, and condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
    5. Pour the mixture into small bowls or coconut shells and freeze for at least 5 hours.
    6. Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the frozen ice cream. Quickly sprinkle mixed nuts on top before the chocolate hardens.
    7. Scoop and serve immediately.
