    1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add almonds, pecans, cashews, peanuts, and curry leaves, and roast until crisp and aromatic.
    2. Add raisins and turn off the flame.
    3. Now add salt, sugar, and chat masala and toss till flavors are well combined.
    4. Let it cool down completely. Store it in an airtight container. Use as and when required.
