    1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
    2. Chop the almonds, walnuts and pecans into small pieces. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, coconut oil, honey, cinnamon and salt. Mix well to coat evenly.
    3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray and bake at 150°C for 12 minutes until golden and fragrant.
    4. Cut the dried fruits (dried figs, prunes, dried cranberries) into small pieces. Mix them into the baked granola once cooled. Store in an airtight glass jar.
    5. To serve, spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl, top with homemade granola, and finish with blueberries and blackberries.
