    2. Add the nuts (almonds, pistachios, pecans, and cashews) and chopped dried apricots to the cheese cream. Pour into a rectangular mold and decorate with more whole nuts. Refrigerate for three to four hours until it solidifies.
    3. Unmold and cut.

Tips

You can use other cheeses such as Brie, Torta del Casar, or Manchego.
