    1. Grind dates to a coarse paste in a mixer jar or blender. Keep aside.
    2. Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame. Add cashews, walnuts, pistachios, and dried figs. Sauté for 3 minutes, or until golden.
    3. Add date paste, and mix for another 3 minutes. Until everything is combined.
    4. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes. While still warm, shape them into small balls.
    5. Wait for them to cool before serving.
