- 125 g low-fat yoghurt (1 pot)
- 50 g blueberries
- 100 ml unsweetened almond drink
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 60 g rolled oats
- 1 tsp honey
- 30 g flaked almonds
Place the yoghurt, blueberries, almond drink and cinnamon into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the oats, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
When ready to eat, drizzle with honey and top with the flaked almonds.
