Anuga Cologne pavilion terms and conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Confirmation letters will be sent on receipt of payment, which must be made at the time of booking. You agree to maintain insurance reasonably commensurate with all activities arising from or connected with your activity during the Event, including, but not limited to, general liability insurance, covering exhibition activity and validity during the event days. Upon written request, co-exhibitor shall make evidence of coverage available.

INC PAVILION PARTICIPATION is open only to INC member companies.

SPACE ALLOCATION: Exhibit space allocation within the pavilion is made on a first-come, first-served basis. No allocation will be official until a completed application and the applicable deposit have been received and accepted by the INC. The location and layout of the INC Pavilion are subject to change at the sole discretion of the show organizers. The floor plan of the pavilion may also change to accommodate the total space required.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 75% deposit with submission of Booth Application and Contract Form, 25% balance due by February 1, 2019. INC has the right to replace any exhibitor who has not paid for their space according to this schedule.

CANCELLATIONS: The following cancellation policy will apply only from the date INC receives written notice by letter, email or fax. These cancellation fees are considered to be liquidated damages for the injuries INC will suffer as a result of any Exhibitor’s cancellation. If cancellation is received prior to February 2, 2019, a 10% administrative fee will be charged. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 1, 2019, whatever the reason. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, timings or venue. The organisers will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances normal cancellation terms apply. In the event of a terrorist alert or incident that prevents the running of the exhibition, the organisers reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the fees as a contribution to registration, location, marketing and central administration costs.
