INC sponsored a symposium about the health benefits of tree nuts, organized by the INC Nutrition Research and Education Foundation (INC-NREF) within the frame of the 19th International Congress of Nutrition, Bangkok, Thailand, 4-9 October 2009. The moderator for the session was Dr. Junshi Chen, Professor at the Institute of Nutrition and Food Safety, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

The proceedings of the session were published in the Asian Journal of Clinical Nutrition, volume 19, number 1, 2010:
