Ingredients
Ingredients (1 serving):
- Whole-wheat bread
- 2 cups raw macadamia nuts
- 1 tsp. salt
- Juice from 1/2 medium lemon
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tomato
- ½ tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
1) In a food processor, purée the macadamias, salt, lemon juice and water together until smooth.
2) Toast the bread slices and spread them with the macadamia spread.
3) Cut the tomato into slices and put them on top. Add a little oregano and olive oil and enjoy!
