Ingredients

  • 400 g wheat spaghetti or quinoa spaghetti
  • 1 good handful of fresh basil (blanched)
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 50 g macadamias
  • 50 g hard cheese (grated)
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.

Preparation

1) Cook the pasta. 2) Coat it in oil and set aside. 3) Blanch the basil in hot water for a few seconds. 4) Blend the rest of the ingredients to make a sauce and serve cold on the hot spaghetti.
