Spaghetti with Pesto and Macadamias

- 400 g wheat spaghetti or quinoa spaghetti
- 1 good handful of fresh basil (blanched)
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 50 g macadamias
- 50 g hard cheese (grated)
- 250 ml olive oil
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
Cook the pasta. 2)
Coat it in oil and set aside. 3)
Blanch the basil in hot water for a few seconds. 4)
Blend the rest of the ingredients to make a sauce and serve cold on the hot spaghetti.
