200 g cooked rice noodles1 kg prawns 150 g soy bean sprouts 2 garlic cloves2 bay leaves the juice of 2 limes and the zest of 1 20 g flour 25 ml oil pinch of salt 25 g walnuts 50 g macadamias
1) Fry the garlic in oil until brown. 2) Clean the prawns well before adding them to a frying pan along with the bay leaves, the juice and zest of the limes, and the flour. 3) Roughly crush the nuts then add them to the prawns along with the noodles and the bean sprouts. 4) Serve once cooked.
