In the bowl of food processor fitted, combine the pitted dates and water. Process until very smooth, scraping down the bowl to make sure all of the dates are incorporated.
Add the all the ingredients except for the raisins and chocolate.
Mix the ingredients together well until you get a homogeneous dough.
When the dough is ready, add the dried fruit and chocolate and stir gently until spread evenly throughout the dough.
Pour the dough into the mould and place a cloth on top of your bowl and put it at a warm place and Set aside until it rises .
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
Place in the oven at 175ºC for 30 minutes or when the toothpick comes out clean, it is baked through.
Let cool completely before serving and enjoy it
