- 1 cup of raw cashews
- 10 Brazil nuts
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- 10 pitted prunes
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. orange juice
Put the Brazil nuts, cashews, seeds, prunes and cocoa into a food processor and process until the mixture is finely chopped.
Add the orange juice and process until the mixture forms a moist ball.
Measure out level teaspoons of the mixture and roll into small balls.
Ideally, refrigerate to chill and firm up for 1 hour.
