Ingredients

  • 1 cup of raw cashews
  • 10 Brazil nuts
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 10 pitted prunes
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. orange juice

Preparation

1) Put the Brazil nuts, cashews, seeds, prunes and cocoa into a food processor and process until the mixture is finely chopped.
2) Add the orange juice and process until the mixture forms a moist ball.
3) Measure out level teaspoons of the mixture and roll into small balls.
4) Ideally, refrigerate to chill and firm up for 1 hour.
