Ingredients

  • 1 kg loin of beef
  • 1 tablespoon of garam masala
  • 200 ml water
  • 200 g prunes
  • 3 pears (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnuts (halved)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Preparation

1) Rub the loin in the oil, salt and pepper and roast in the oven for 40 minutes at 150ºC. 2) Add the garam masala and the water and continue roasting for another 30 minutes. 3) Add the prunes, the pears and the hazelnuts. 4) Cook for another 15 minutes.
