Ingredients

  • ½ kg beef or chicken meatballs
  • 1 aubergine
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 or 2 green peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 12 dates
  • 6 Brazil nuts
  • Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

1) Fry the chopped vegetables in oil. 2) Add the meatballs. 3) Once the meatballs are cooked, add the dates and Brazil nuts, chopped into 4 or 5 pieces each. 4) Add a dash of soy sauce and serve.
