Ingredients
(1 serving):
- 200 ml almond drink
- 1-2 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp. dried mango
- 1 tsp. dark chocolate chips
- 4 prunes (pitted)
- 40 g gluten-free jumbo oats
Preparation
1) Mix the almond drink with the chia seeds in a small clear bowl, cover and place in the fridge overnight.
2) The next day, add the coconut flakes, dried mango, chocolate chips, prunes and the oats on top.
