Ingredients
- 300 g barley
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 500g fresh salmon (cut into pieces)
- 300 g shiitake mushrooms
- 30 g peanuts
- 6 dried figs (sliced)
- 1 sweet potato
- 3 teaspoons of olive oil
- 10 g salt
- ¼ l water
Preparation
1) Fry the onion in the oil.
2) Add the mushrooms, the sweet potato, the salmon and the salt.
3) Add the barley and the water. Leave to cook for 20 minutes.
4) Add the dried figs and peanuts 5 minutes before the cooking time is up.
