Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 green apple
- Dried cranberries (1 handful)
- Low-fat yogurt (125 g – 1 individual pot)
- 1 tbsp. muesli (sugar-free)
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Wash the apple and slice it into 4-6 pieces.
Spread the apple slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle over some cinnamon.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Add the yogurt, the baked apple slices, a tablespoon of sugar-free muesli and a handful of dried cranberries to a small bowl.
Sprinkle over a little more of cinnamon if you like.
