Ingredients
- 125 g of toasted butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 75 g of powdered almonds
- 60 g of flour
- 4 egg whites
Preparation
1) Whip the egg whites and add the sugar, the powdered almonds and the flour.
2) Gradually add the melted butter until everything is well combined.
3) Place this dough in molds and bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
4) Presentation: Serve the financiers at room temperature.
