INC sponsored a symposium about the health benefits of tree nuts, organized by the INC Nutrition Research and Education Foundation (INC-NREF) within the frame of the 19th International Congress of Nutrition, Bangkok, Thailand, 4-9 October 2009. The moderator for the session was Dr. Junshi Chen, Professor at the Institute of Nutrition and Food Safety, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
