INC Membership Services

A one-time initiation fee activates all INC services upon payment. Non payment of annual dues nullifies the initiation fee which will be required again to re-enter as a full INC member. Your annual contribution to the INC Foundation qualifies you automatically as INC member.

BLACKLIST OF WAREN-VEREIN DER HAMBURGER BÖRSE E.V.

Basically the blacklist contains those foreign companies which have not fulfilled an admitted obligation or an obligation determined by an arbitration award. The content of the blacklist is particulary recommended for the special attention of brokers and agents. The Executive Committee has again made a commitment to the resolution dated 11.07.2000 whereby a broker or agent who concludes business with a company that is blacklisted and does not inform the contract partner before completion of the contract that the company is currently blacklisted, is breaching his responsabilities to his contract partner. The broker or agent is, therefore, referred to the "liability for compensation clause" as contained in § 5 WVB for brokers and agents. The Executive Committee is of the opinion that a company which is black listed and concludes delivery purchasing contracts does not as a rule meet the expectation for a correct delivery according to §29 para.1 WVB.

The 3 columns of the list mean: name of the registered company, reasons for registering and time of registering.
