COPY AND CONTRACT REGULATIONS

Fraudulent or misleading advertising not accepted.
All questionable copy subject to approval.
Publisher reserves right to reject any copy deemed unacceptable and assumes no liability for advertisers or claims made in advertisements.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations cannot be made after closing date of contracted issue.
Contracts may be discontinued by either party on 30 days written notice.
Publisher reserves the right to cancel space bookings or contracts with advertisers were payment remains outstanding from previous issue.

MECHANICAL REQUERIMENTS

Advertisements supplied in supported programs with a color proof and fonts will be accepted. Supported programs are InDesign, Quark, PageMaker, Illustrator, Freeland and Photoshop. Unsupported Programs may not work due to inability to translate into a printing standard program. Unsupported programs are Power Point, Publisher, Corel Draw, Microsoft Word, Omi-page etc. These are media programs, not printing based programs and they need to be translated or remade in programs that work well in the printing industry. Advertisements can be transfered to our FTP site (File Transfer Protocol), which is accessible using Internet Explorer or any variety of FTP software.

CORRECTIONS

Corrections can not always ensure the original artistic integrity of an advertisement. Black type on a white background will work fine. If changes are being made to colored type on a colored background a box will have to be created for the new information. This box will not exactly match the original ad. The best way to ensure a good clean ad is to provide new films. Each correction will be billed according to how much work is involved in the correction.


PAYMENT TERMS

15% Commission to qualified advertising agencies.

Payment terms net 30 days in EUR only.

Full payment due by credit card, bank transfer, or check.

A late payment charge of 1.5% per month will be made on past due accounts over 30 days.

All advertisement contracts booked in advance will be charged 50% non-refundable of the total ad contract amount.
