OBJECTIVE OF THE PRIVACY STATEMENT

The INC informs users that it observes the data protection regulations in force, specifically the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, Personal Data Protection, law 34/2002 of 11 July, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, and other norms developed in each area of competence.

In accordance with the current laws, the INC collects only that data which is strictly necessary to provide its services.

This data protection policy could change in the future due to legislative or jurisprudential variations or changes in the criteria followed by the Spanish Data Protection Agency and/or the competent authority. For this reason, the INC reserves the right to modify this legal notice in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence applicable at the time when the site is accessed, or to bring it in line with the practice of others in this field.

In the aforementioned cases, the INC will publish the changes to be made on this web site well in advance of their application.

All the data provided via email or electronic forms will be treated according to current regulations with regard to personal data protection, and will always be considered as confidential by the company employees who handle said information.

Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, the INC informs that the personal data which Users are asked to provide and which is freely and voluntarily provided will be collected and processed by the INC and included in the Database which it owns for sending information on news and activities.

Users can exercise their rights recognised under Organic Law 15/1999 and particularly the rights of access, rectification, opposition and/or deletion of the data cited in the previous point. The rights referred to in the previous paragraph can be exercised by each user by means of a signed, written request accompanied by a photocopy of the ID card or passport, to the following address:
