Anuga Cologne 2017 pavilion terms and conditions

According to the Spanish Data Protection Act of Personal Character (LOPD) 15/1999, we inform you that personal data provided are confidential and are part of files owned by INTERNATIONAL NUT AND DRIED FRUIT COUNCIL (INC), the purpose of which is to provide you with information about our activities through electronic means, unless you state otherwise. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and where appropriate, opposition, by sending a letter accompanied by a photocopy of your ID to the following address: C/ de la Fruita Seca, 4 – Polígon Tecnoparc – 43204 REUS (Spain), or also by sending an e-mail to inc@nutfruit.org.
 
If you don’t communicate otherwise in 30 days, we understand that your details have not been modified, and that you agree to notify any change as well as the fact that we have your consent to use them in order to retain the relationship between both parties.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Confirmation letters will be sent on receipt of payment, which must be made at the time of booking.
 
INC PAVILION PARTICIPATION is open only to INC member companies.
 
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: Exhibit space assignments within the pavilion are made on a first-come, first-served basis. No assignment will be oficial until a completed application and the proper deposit has been received and accepted by the INC. The location and layout of the INC Pavilion are subject to change at the sole discretion of the show organizers. The floor plan of the pavilion may also change to fit the total space demand.
 
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 50% deposit with submission of Booth Application and Contract Form, 50% balance due by 1st February 2017. The INC has the right to replace any exhibitor who has not paid its space according to this schedule.
 
CANCELLATIONS: The following cancellation policy will apply only from the date INC receives written notice by letter, email or fax. These cancellation fees are considered to be liquidated damages for the injuries INC will suffer as a result of any Exhibitor’s cancellation. Cancellation prior to December 1st 2016: 10 % of cost. Cancellation after 2nd December 2016: Full cost. No refunds will be made for non-shows, whatever the reason. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, timings or venue. The organisers will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances normal cancellation terms apply. In the event of a terrorist alert or incident that prevents the running of the exhibition, the organisers reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the fees as a contribution to registration, location, marketing and central administration costs.
