RASFF Notifications for Nuts and Dried Fruits

The Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) is a tool to exchange information within EU Member States about measures taken responding to risks detected in relation to food or feed. The RASFF list of members includes the 27 EU Member States, the European Commission, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland.

The INC collects and classifies all alert notifications published in the RASFF portal website: by product, country of origin, notifying country and type of notification.

The report provides the following information:

  • Notifications for nuts and dried fruits classified by:
    • Product
    • Type of notification

These reports are part of the EU Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) project MycoRed (Novel integrated strategies for worldwide mycotoxin reduction in food and feed chains).
