EuroCommerce and FoodDrinkEurope have jointly released a guidance on food information to consumers. This document is intended for stakeholders, such as food business operators (including small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large food business operators) and EU policy-makers.

As of 1 January 2013, Commission Regulation 927/2012 will introduce changes to the list of Combined Nomenclature / CN codes.

We are glad to announce that the European Commission recently published Commission Regulation (EU) No 1058/2012 of 12 November 2012 amending Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 as regards maximum levels for aflatoxins in dried figs.

The INC is participating at the Sixty-eighth Session of the Working Party on Agricultural Quality Standards of the UNECE, in Geneva, Switzerland, from 5th to 7th November 2012.

MycoRed has organized a scientific session on November 7th, including a talk by the INC on the economic impact of aflatoxin contamination in nuts and dried fruit.
